# Terms of use

The terms that apply to this website and to early access to Kolap.

## Who we are

Kolap is operated by Mazacode LTDA, CNPJ 45.655.559/0001-98, Florianópolis/SC, Brazil.

## This website

The website describes the product. It is informational and does not form a contract, sell anything or take payment. Descriptions reflect how the product is built at the date above and can change.

## Early access

Kolap is not generally available. Access is by agreement with the founder, in a conversation, and may be changed or ended. The service is provided as it is, without a service level, an uptime commitment or a support commitment unless we agree one in writing.

## Your account and content

- You are responsible for the workflows you build, the payloads you send and the credentials you store.
- You keep the rights to your content. You allow us to process it to run the service for you.
- Keep your API keys and tokens private, and tell us at once if you think one has leaked.

## Acceptable use

Do not use Kolap to break the law, to attack or overload other systems, to send spam, to reach systems you are not allowed to reach, or to try to get around its limits and safeguards.

## Third-party services

Each connector uses the service you connect, under that service's own terms. You need the right to use that service and to send it the data your workflow sends. Kolap is not affiliated with those services.

## Plans and payment

Plans, prices and limits for early access are agreed in the conversation. Where a paid plan applies, it is billed in advance in the currency agreed.

## Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mazacode LTDA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability for the service is limited to what you paid for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## Governing law and courts

Brazilian law applies. The courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rule.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
